Transfer Your Info

Information that will be transferred for everyone who consents:

  • Name

  • Email Address

Additional information that will be transferred if you're purchased something from us​

  • Mailing Address

We do not have access to your payment information and therefore, cannot move it over.

Unfortunately, we are also not able to transfer over your purchase history. If there's a chance you'll want to view this later on, we recommend you record your order number(s). If you require information about previous purchases, we can send you that information by getting in contact with us and referencing that order number.

For those who choose to have their information transferred, you will receive an email in the coming weeks to verify and setup your new account. At this point, you'll be able to change the password from the default that we set to your own.

 

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out by emailing info@FirstResponseProducts.ca. We take the security of your personal information very serious and will not be touching it without your consent. In addition to that, transferring of the information will be done in house, by me (Lucas, Owner) without the use of third-party technology.
